The smart factory platform built for Indian shop floors
DigiFacto connects every machine, utility and operator to one platform and turns the data into live decisions: production, OEE, energy, maintenance, quality and traceability, synced with your ERP.
- Layer 7 · Integration
ERP: SAP · Oracle · Tally · REST API
- Layer 6 · Analytics
OEE dashboards · Pareto · scheduled reports
- Layer 5 · Application
Production · OEE · EMS · CMMS · quality · planning
- Layer 4 · Data
API server · WebSocket engine · real-time OEE
- Layers 1–3 · Edge & field
Gateways · protocols · machines and sensors
The digital bridge between your ERP and the shop floor
Your ERP knows what should be made. Your machines know what is being made. Without an MES, the gap between them is filled with paper, phone calls and Excel. DigiFacto closes it in real time.
- Live machine and production status instead of end-of-shift reports
- OEE and downtime reasons captured at the source, by the operator
- Paperless job cards, SOPs and drawings at every machine
- Production confirmations posted to the ERP automatically
- Traceability from raw material inward to dispatch
From ERP
Production orders and route cards (mandatory), BOM and stock (optional), on schedule or on demand.
In DigiFacto
Assign machine, date and shift manually, or let auto-planning load the earliest free capacity.
On DigiTrack
Operators log in by QR, RFID or face, start and end jobs, book downtime and enter rejections.
Back to ERP
Production confirmation is posted automatically when a route closes. JSON over HTTPS, every call logged.
Same people, same machines. Now you see what really happens.
Every event is captured where it happens and acted on in minutes, not at month-end.
| The moment | Today | With DigiFacto | Product |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shift starts | Paper register; job explained verbally | QR login; job, SOP and drawing on screen | Efficio |
| A machine stops | Noticed at shift end, if at all | Alert in seconds; reason coded at the machine | Efficio |
| Breakdown | Phone calls and waiting for maintenance | Ticket raised to the right technician automatically | FixItNow |
| Bearing wearing out | Line stops without warning | Warning 1–4 weeks before failure | Predicta |
| Energy bill arrives | Monthly surprise with no breakdown | kWh per machine and per part, live | AusEnergy |
| Daily MIS report | Compiled by hand in Excel | Automatic reports and live TV and mobile dashboards | Efficio |
Any machine, any age. No PLC needed.
Sensors, gateways, platform and apps are designed, installed and supported by one team. Where a machine has no controller access, we retrofit wired I/O for run status and part count.

FAQ
What is a manufacturing execution system (MES)?
An MES is the software layer between your ERP and the shop floor. It turns machine and operator data into live production, quality and maintenance information, so plans in the ERP are executed and confirmed with real numbers instead of manual reports.
Which ERP systems does DigiFacto connect to?
SAP, Oracle, Tally, Odoo and custom ERPs through a REST API with JSON. DigiFacto pulls production orders, route cards and BOMs and pushes production confirmations back automatically, with three automatic retries and a log of every call.
Do we need to replace our machines or PLCs?
No. DigiFacto reads data over the machine's existing protocol where one is available, and uses an Ausweg I/O retrofit where it is not. No OEM access or controller changes are needed.
How many users and screens can DigiFacto support?
The real-time engine pushes live data over WebSocket to more than 3,000 connected clients, including operator tablets, shop-floor TVs and management dashboards.
