What is CMMS software?
A computerized maintenance management system records every maintenance job, schedules preventive work, tracks spare parts and measures how reliable each machine is. FixItNow does this and is linked live to machine data, so breakdowns open tickets on their own.
How does FixItNow know a machine has broken down?
When Efficio sees a machine stop and the operator codes the reason as a breakdown, FixItNow raises a work order and notifies the right technician by app, SMS or email. When Predicta detects a developing fault, it raises a planned work order before the failure.
What are MTTR and MTBF?
MTTR, mean time to repair, is the average time from breakdown to the machine running again. MTBF, mean time between failures, is the average running time between breakdowns. FixItNow calculates both per machine from real ticket and run data.
Can technicians use FixItNow on their phones?
Yes. Technicians accept, update and close work orders on the FixItNow mobile app, follow PM checklists, attach photos and record spares used, so the maintenance log stays complete without paperwork.
